Fall Harvest at Every Soul Acres

Come experience the farm that Harvest Memories! Visit the Shenandoah Valley's Newest Corn Maze with over 10 aces of corn offering miles of MazePlay thrill! We love our pumpkins and have them galore! It wouldn't be fall without campfire, food and games so come on out to celebrate fall at the farm away from it all! Open Wed by appointment only. Thursday 3pm-10pm, Friday-Sat. 10am-10pm and Sunday Noon-7pm.

Monacan Living History Exhibit

"Mecoure mechin kihoe" - You are very welcome to be here. For generations uncounted the Natural Bridge has been part of the Monacan Indian culture and history. The exhibit is a partnership between the Monacan Indian Nation, Virginia Conservation Legacy Fund, and Virginia State Parks. Guests can step back over 300 years through time to experience life in a typical Monacan Indian Settlement. Learn about cooking, tool production, pottery, basket weaving, gardening, and more. Daily activities change with the season.

Hands and Harvest Festival

Celebrate the beauty of Autumn at Highland County's annual Hands & Harvest Fall Foliage Festival. Held annually on the second weekend in October, this event offers three days of activity, entertainment, farm tours, and fall fun. Come and observe the mountain forests of Virginia's Western Highlands transformed into a rich palette of russet, gold, and scarlet. Explore local farms, purchase handmade items from crafters and artists, take in a clogging or bluegrass show, browse local shops, and try your feet at the Highland Hills Farm 5K Fun Run & Obstacle Course!

Seasonal foods, including apple dumplings, apple butter, barbecues, Allegheny Mountain Trout, and homemade baked goods will be available throughout the county. Take time to explore the back roads by enjoying one of Highland County's Scenic Driving Tours or Barn Quilt Trails. So much fall fun to be experienced!

Toast the Weekend 80's Party: The Reflex

Join us for the last Toast the Weekend of the 2018 season! This is the make-up date for the rescheduled Reflex concert that was supposed to take place on September 14.  So come out and be ready for an evening filled with your favorite 80’s hits. Bring a picnic or purchase food from Mama’s Caboose, Baja Burrito, or Hank’s Fly’n Pig. No outside alcohol is permitted. There is a $10 cover which includes a souvenir wine glass. Children 12 and under are free.
