Three Cheeses in Three Hours! Ever wanted to make beautiful cheeses at home? Now's your chance to learn how. Join cheesemaking instructor Louella Hill (author of the book on home cheesemaking "Kitchen Creamery") and the Beichler Family of Creambrook Farm for a hands-on, action-packed three hours. In class you'll learn the basics of milk, cultures, enzymes, curd-formation, draining and more through three different fresh cheeses: Feta, Fromage Blanc and Creme Fraiche using super-fresh milk from the farm to give you the highest quality experience.
